Delivery Outside Of The UK:

We are happy to arrange deliveries to most countries outside of the UK. Please contact us by telephone or email with your enquiry details, we can then give you a quote on the phone or via email, we will provide you with a quote for the best available carriage cost at that time, please note sometimes when goods leave the country the customs and exports will check and open boxes to check the contents, when this happens Bespoke Diving Adventures take no responsibility for any goods damaged by them and we will not be help accountable for the damage, repair or replacement of those items.

Product Availability

The above services are for current stock items only. Although we endeavor to carry large stock of items, sometimes there may be a delay if we have sold out of a product you have ordered. If you require an item urgently then please phone the shop to check availability.

If Your Item Is Not In Stock:

It will be placed on back order for you. We will contact you by e-mail or call you with an estimated date of arrival and then given the option to amend or cancel your order if you wish.

Delivery Address:

On receiving your order a signature will be required to complete the transaction. For this reason please ensure that you specify a delivery address that is convenient for you. If delivery is attempted while you are away from your stated address a card will be posted by the delivery driver stating time and date of attempted delivery and also details of the local depot so a re-delivery can be organized.

Guarantees:

Bespoke Diving Adventures is authorized to sell the products advertised. All the products sold come with the manufacturers guarantee and warranty. In the event of a fault developing please return the item to Bespoke Diving Adventures Doncaster and it will be dealt with as quickly as possible.

Returns / Refunds / Credits:

Goods that are faulty or do not fit can be returned to Bespoke Diving Adventures Doncaster.

All returns should be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be paid by the customer.

For any goods that are returned within 14 days of receipt that are unused and in the original packaging a credit note or refund will be issued less our shipping charges.

Any goods returned after 14 days of receipt for any reason and are unused and in the original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking and administration charge.

Items returned for exchange within 14 days of receipt will not be subject to the restocking charge but are subject to a re-delivery charge.

Bespoke Diving Adventures reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on undamaged goods that have been used prior to being returned.

Statutory Rights:

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

UK laws apply to this agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.
